Refund Policy

Refund & Damaged Products Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the products in your order arrive damaged.

If your products arrive damaged, you must provide clear photo and video evidence of the damaged products and email it to us as soon as possible.

If the damage is approved, we will not issue a cash refund. We will either:

• Provide you with a store voucher, or

• Resend the damaged products at no additional cost.

No voucher or replacement will be provided without sufficient photo and video proof of the damaged products.

All other purchases are non-refundable.
